Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a full refund or exchange for change of mind on unworn, unused, undamaged items with the gift box and/or pouch within 14 days of purchase. The amount of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund if the gift box and/or pouch is missing.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items and promotions. Due to hygiene regulations items such as earrings, nose rings, headpieces are excluded from the refund/exchange. Please choose carefully.
We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned orders – only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.
Refund of orders
You must request a Return ID Number within 14 days of receipt of your order at taylor@amavicollections. You will be emailed a Return Form to complete. Please include the completed return form with your items. You must also return the gift box/pouch your item was sent with. All goods returned for refund or exchange should be sent to:

We recommend a return freight method with a tracking number be used for all returns. We must receive your returned items within 14 days of issuing the Return ID Number. We are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.
Return or exchange for faulty goods
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange, but you must let us know within 2 days from receipt by emailing us at email@example.com with the reason for your return and we will issue you with a Return ID Number. Simply return the goods (with the gift box and/or pouch), and the completed Return Form which will be emailed to you, so they arrive within 14 days using a freight method with a tracking number.
On receipt your jewellery your item will be assessed. The return shipping cost for the faulty item will be reimbursed to you once the item has been assessed as having a manufacturers fault and the return has been granted. We therefore suggest you include the return freight payment receipt with your original invoice and Return Document so this freight cost and your original payment can be refunded together.
We will happily exchange your jewellery if the item has not been worn, or damaged in any way. Simply email us at taylor@amavicollections for your Return ID Number. Fill in your Return Form and return with your jewellery (with gift box and/or pouch) and original invoice to us at:

We will happily offer a credit note if you simply change your mind once you have received your purchases. The above conditions apply.
Please Note: Do not remove any original swing tickets and security tags until you are 100% happy with the style and fit. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of any item that has been sent to the AMAVI COLLECTIONS head office. AMAVI COLLECTIONS takes no responsibility for loss through post.
